Bringing the best of Italy to Bernal Heights
A Roman style trattoria in the heart of San Francisco's Bernal Heights
neighborhood, Palatino specializes in homemade pasta, ravioli, gnocchi
and breads, and using local farmer’s market produce to prepare
what Gourmet magazine calls "the culinary equivalent
of Roman frescoes.”
Owner Aldo Blasi was born and raised in Rome, where his grandfather
owned a restaurant on the Roman Forum. This is where Blasi learned
to appreciate quality, which shows in every detail of this intimate,
inviting restaurant — from the fresh ingredients to the attentive
service.
An assortment of fresh seafood arrives daily, and every weekend
offers a seafood menu along with the regular dinner menu.
